View of Concepción City Center

The high-rise building on the left is Torre O'Higgins. This office structure was built in 2007 and includes a number of setbacks along the building height. The earthquake damage included partial collapses at three levels above mid-height. The high-rise building on the right is a residential tower of recent construction.  The structure is C-shaped in plan and suffered significant but repairable damage.
